Important! These Antibiotics should be Avoided:
With the beginning of flu season, people flock to their doctors for help with their symptoms. There are two antibiotics that have been proven to cause spontaneous tendon ruptures along with a
variety of other potential side effects!!
They are: CIPRO,(ciproflaxacin) and LEVAQUIN, (Levofloxacin) and any of their derivatives.
When asked about the potential side effect of tendon rupture, a doctor said, "Oh, that only happens to athletes," without asking whether the patient was an athlete!
Alarmingly, the symptoms can occur weeks after you have taken one of these medications. So, the
message if simple: Be An Informed Consumer! Read the side effects on-line before you take
these or any other prescription medications.
