This may come as&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a surprise to some people, but there are 56,000 people admitted to hospitals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;each year with Tylenol related illnesses.  What to do?  Well....ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is the other over-the-counter&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;option for pain relief.  Advil and Motrin are some of the better known&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NSAID's.  The important thing to look at is: why do you have pain?  Is there&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;anything you can do to alleviate it, besides taking pain meds?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;  &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Maybe yes!  Try reducing: wheat, corn, dairy, and sugar.  ALL of these food&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;groups are known to cause inflammation, the leading cause of pain. There is a &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;huge&lt;/span&gt; difference between gluten intolerant and wheat sensitive.  Just try it.This includes all breads, pastas (unless specified non-wheat), bagels, Pop Tarts, you get the picture.&lt;br /&gt;3.  &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Really&lt;/span&gt; take a hard look at your diet: how much processed food is in your diet?  By &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;processed food&lt;/span&gt; I mean any food whose ingredient lists contains more than 5 ingredients and it's not trail mix.&lt;br /&gt;4.  What is your Blood Type?  The &lt;a href="http://4yourtype.com/"&gt;Eat Right for Your Type&lt;/a&gt; program that suggests that the 4 blood types are &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;not&lt;/span&gt; all created alike.  These are some foods that make an "A" Blood Type very happy and will make an "O" Blood Type sicker than a dog. (i.e peanut butter).&lt;br /&gt;5.  These are just a few simple ideas that have worked wonders with many people. Look for: elemental iron in your supplement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://healthline.com/multumcontent/ferrous-gluconate"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ferrous gluconate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; has much less chance of constipation (that's good).  Remember that you should NOT take your iron supplement with your calcium.  Calcium will reduce iron absorption.  One supplement that I really like is &lt;a href="http://floravital.com"&gt;Floravital Iron and Herbs&lt;/a&gt;, this is a liquid  supplement that tastes like rusty prune juice, but boy does it work.
